Analyzing Minority Empowerment: Statistical Modeling of the Plight of Minorities in Peshawar Pakistan

Abstract

This research investigates challenges faced by minority groups in Peshawar District, comparing living conditions and quality of life between Muslims and non-Muslims. It explores minorities’ perceptions regarding struggles in education and constitutional matters. Utilizing a self-administered questionnaire distributed to 400 citizens, this study employs Exploratory Factor Analysis MG-SEM to delve into individual perceptions. The results reveal a consistent pattern, with Muslims generally content and minorities expressing dissatisfaction, emphasizing the need for a more balanced environment. The study advocates for proactive government intervention, including education initiatives and safety laws, to bridge the divide and promote understanding. The findings aim to serve as a foundation for advocacy, raising awareness about minority rights, and contributing to efforts for equal rights in Peshawar District. Through statistical modeling and local context understanding, this research seeks to inspire positive change and foster a more equitable and harmonious future for all residents.
